At Thought Pockets, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment where individuals from all walks of life can come together to share ideas, imagine solutions, and drive meaningful change. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for participants in our online community as well as our weekly and monthly discussions, ensuring that everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.

Our community is built on the principles of:

2. Expected Behavior
To uphold our core values, participants are expected to:

3. Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are not permitted:

Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.

Personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory remarks.

Disruptive conduct that hinders the progress of meetings or discussions.

Partisan advocacy or promotion of political candidates, parties, or campaigns.

Sharing confidential or private information without consent.

4. Confidentiality and Safe Space
To encourage open and honest dialogue, participants are expected to:

Respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or ideas outside the group without explicit permission.

Uphold the integrity of the think tank as a safe space for exploring diverse perspectives.

5. Accountability
If a participant’s behavior violates this Code of Conduct:

They may receive a reminder or warning from Thought Pocket's admin.

Repeated or severe violations may result in removal from the meeting or group.

Decisions regarding violations will be made fairly and transparently, with the goal of maintaining a respectful and productive environment.

6. Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the meeting facilitator or email thoughtpocketsorg@gmail.com. All reports will be handled confidentially and promptly.

7. Commitment to Improvement
As a community, we are committed to learning and growing together. Feedback on this Code of Conduct is always welcome, and updates will be made as needed to reflect our evolving needs and values.
